Dünya Gençlik Konseyleri Federasyonu Başkanı Samad Ağirbaş, AA muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, Birleşmiş Milletler ile Türkiye arasında bu konuda bir işbirliği anlaşması imzalandığını söyledi.
